WWLL Scheduler Platform
WWLL Scheduler:

Here’s your info on using the WWLL Scheduler to plug in your games.

1) Use the username provided to you by your past club leadership. This should be in your club leadership materials and passed from President to President each year.
2) There’s a password reset feature that sends a link to the club e-mail address on file. Be sure your leadership can access this from year to year and it’s not a person based e-mail address.

1) This is for spring games only and not for fall ball games.
2) Only enter your home games.
3) Do not enter your away games.
4) Two instances of the same game can be avoided this way.
5) If playing at a neutral site like a tournament then agree with the other team who will enter the game into the Scheduler.
6) Yes, tournaments like Golden State Invitational and SB Shootout go in here too.
a. Can’t enter the game times so use the TBD feature and choose the tournament as the location.
