The Western Women's Lacrosse League general membership meeting is Sunday, September 8th.  Save your early evening hours for this one hour to one and a half hour meeting. Start time is 7:00pm PST.  All teams that wish to compete in the WWLL for Spring 2025 must attend the full meeting via Zoom.  Zoom link below.

Who Participates:

1. Minimum one representative from each team; coach, president, vice-president and/or captain.
2. Executive committee officers; commissioner, assistant commissioners, eligibility officer, etc.

Some Agenda Items:

1. Approval vote for WWLL by-laws and operating procedure improvements.
2. New division / team placements.
3. Scheduling, using the WWLL Scheduler, scheduling requirements and scheduling deadlines.
4. Commitment to home and away game reciprocity.
5. Student-athlete eligibility requirements.
6. Budget report and dues invoices.
7. Championship weekend host location news.
8. WCLA information.
