Teams have been selected and seeded for the WWLL Championship Tournament April 15h & 16th at UC San Diego in La Jolla, CA. Dominican and the club from Arizona State have received the #1 and #2 seeds, respectively, in Division One. The Penguins and the Sun Devils are undefeated against WWLL teams and have not played each other this year. Dominican received the #1 seed by virtue of fewest goals allowed in games among common opponents. After head to head results it is fewest goals allowed as the tie-breaker method in the WWLL By-Laws.  The Sun Devils are the defending WWLL D1 champions after their 11-6 win over UCLA in 2022.

San Diego State and UCLA round out the top four. The Aztecs won a tight 11-10 contest in San Diego on February 25th. Cal Poly SLO, UC San Diego, Grand Canyon and UC Santa Barbara  are in the five through eight spots.

In WWLL D2 Cal State San Marcos is undefeated against all WWLL opponents with an 8-0 record in league games. The Cougars received the top seed in Division 2. Santa Barbara City College is also undefeated at 8-0 in league but San Marcos had fewer goals allowed against common opponents so the Cougars received the #1 seed.  UC Santa Cruz and Cal State Fullerton are third and fourth seeds.

In addition to the games being played all weekend the WWLL All-League awards ceremony is at 6:00pm on Saturday at Field 1 at UC San Diego.
