San Tan Valley, AZ - The return of the Northern Arizona University women's lacrosse club to full member status in the WWLL and the movement of some other teams into different places were the highlights of a WWLL Executive Committee meeting last night. In WWLL D1 a much needed balancing of conferences resulted in eliminating Central D1 and moving Cal Poly and UCSB to North D1. WCLA National Champion UCLA were moved into the uber competitive South D1 Conference. Referees covering those regular season games better start running now.
UCSD has moved to South D2. This resulted in moving Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College to Central D2 to keep an even number of teams in Central D2 and South D2.
Here are the results for WWLL D1 team placements.
